Returns & Refunds Policy
Summit Plumbing Contractors strives to deliver high-quality workmanship and reliable service on every project. Due to the nature of our work, most services provided are non-returnable once completed.

If you believe there is an issue with the quality of work performed, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the concern and, if warranted, return to assess and correct any workmanship-related issues at our discretion.

Refunds are not typically issued for completed services. However, partial refunds may be considered in cases where services were not delivered as agreed, subject to evaluation by our team.
For materials or products supplied as part of a project, any applicable manufacturer warranties will apply. Returns of unused materials may be accepted only if approved in advance and may be subject to restocking fees.

Deposits for scheduled work may be refundable if cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe prior to project start. Once work has begun or materials have been ordered, deposits may become non-refundable.
